How do I upload a picture into a post in the forum?

I have seen posts that have either a thumbnail or actual size photo in them. I want to post a photo of how I set up my watercolor crayons for use in a stamp camp, but I can't right click and paste it into the body of the post. I can't figure out how to put it in. Any advice?

When you post, below the message box and ads, there are several Additional Options. One of those is Manage Attachments. Click there, and it will step you through the process.
