I bought mine at michaels. They had two sizes of cuts, and I think the smaller one looks better. You just have to dig through a bunch of their decorative scissors till you find the right ones.

I would have voted saute also. My MIL used to make orzo with a pack of lipton onion soup mix. It was unbelievably easy, and REALLY delicious.

I voted Summer Michelle because it sounds better, but in reality, you should do what works for your family. All 4 of my kids have family related middle names, and the kids love that connection.

Keep in mind too that all cardstock measurements are approximate. The 12x12 is not necessarily exactly 12x12, and neither is the 8.5x11. That may be throwing you off a bit too.
