Have you tried turning the key with your foot on the brake pedal (pushing the pedal down)? that sometimes works. Also try jiggling your steering wheel as you try to move the key. HTH

When I was an infant I too used to cry until I passed out. When I was 4 or 5 the Dr. tested me for epilepsy. I didn't have it. And the last episode I had was when I was 11 or 12. Iam 42 now. Good luck
