Hum, I haven't tried either pens. I used an empty SU cleaner bottle with water and lightly sprayed the paper then stamped the image (crayon was on the stamp) I did that with the Heartfelt stamp...

I will look up the Baby wipe but I have done the bleaching.

We used the Teddy bear stamp, embossed on choc. chip paper. Then we took a small paint brush dipped in bleach and brushed over the area...
