I'm just grateful that the USPS will always honor older stamps. We lived in Switzerland for a year and when a stamp is retired there or the postage goes up, your old stamps are no longer accepted....

Ditto what Betty said. I got mine in the yarn dept. at Jo-Ann. It is really a yarn cutter, but works exactly as the one in the Stampin Up catalog. Mine is much prettier than the plastic thingy, too....
