Thank you so much for your suggestions. I am using the pad and the swivel knife and the cutter bug scissors but I didn't think about the blade being dull.

I'll change the blade and try it again...

Trouble trimming edges while using a Coluzzle

I seem to be coluzzle challenged. I am trying to use my oval template and it cuts very well but the places that still have the little paper edge 'tags' on them never quite get trimmed up neatly....

Your suggestions are great. I have ordered the versamark marker and will try that but I also liked the idea of a feathery edge so I'll have to try that one as well.
