I haven't seen it mentioned, but I use India Black for almost all my black inking. It seems to work on everything. I've also used Brilliance and VersaFine too.

I buy from Cheap Joe's. They have much better shipping costs, and their packing is much better. I've been to their store in Asheville, SC & love it and the clerks.

They might be better now, but I had one bottle of Spectrum Noir in a gorgeous bottle green and it dried up in a very short time. Never happened with Ranger or Pinata brands.
