the ones I have aren't that small...however, because they are in cd cases, but 2 sides (or 2 layers), they printed them 60% smaller on the case...so that probably makes them appear smaller than they...

how about cutting cardboard for front and behind each set...or at least put some in a folder in between every few folders...and then make sure to keep the folders fairly tight...put a type of stopper...
