I think stamp n bond is a heat-activated adhesive.

Embossing powder not really an adhesive, per se-- I don't think you could use clear embossing powder, then add glitter on top, then heat again...

I would probably look for some project life holiday cards, or 12x12 sheets that can be cut down into 3x4 cards that already have sentiments on them. Then all you have to do is match some cardstock...

Be sure to check the endcaps of aisles, not just the regular crafting aisle. Most of the WRMK tools I saw at my store today were on the end of an aisle (and they keep changing which endcap it is).
