I know here where I work, the mailroom can print aa postage label without a date. I'm not sure though if the post office does that. It wouldn't hurt to ask if they could. Good luck!

CM Sidekick

It's something you have to buy, but CM has the Sidekick, which is a cup holder and scrap catcher. I use mine all the time whether I'm scrapbooking or stamping.
