i love A Muse Studio's cardstock, it's really smooth, the colors are fantastic and I love that one side is white so even if you use a dark cardstock the inside of your card is white.

Sorry you've had issue, sounds terrible. Instead of calling CS I'd stop dealing with them and go straight to your credit card company and file for "items not received" and get a refund.
