I went to Michaels. Have to say that I'm happy. I got the spring time card, some more glue and the SD card case and it cost me what one card would cost me. Happy camper here.

They shouldn't be shipping products that aren't good. Too many people have had the same problem with their slice machines. MM should replace all defective machines no matter who purchased it.
