I just bought a bunch of Peachy Keen SVG's but I got an error message "Some shapes could not be converted" I think the problem is the file is too big. Is there anything I can do to fix that?

I just got off the phone with C.S. Bad news for me. They told me to take it to a service center as it does not seem to be able to save my files. I JUST passed HSN's 30 day limit too so it's too late...

I used a rubber stamp to scan to the machine. I must be doing something wrong though with the scanning. When I save something only partial of my image is highlighted when I go to do anything with it....

Please help! I've watched I think every You Tube video but I can't figure out how to resize my own images. I understand how to do the pre-loaded ones but not my own. Does anybody know? TIA!
