Yes my plastic piece also broke, the company sent me an entire new cutter. I think that I had to take a picture of the cutter that i had, been a while so I dont remember all the deets.

When using the vasaline in the "lotion", doesn't it make is sticky and gooey? It would not seem like a petrolumn product a product with water in it would mix well. Any input is appreciated. Thanks
