Laminating Machine

Hi. I am interesting in laminating bookmarks and a few other items. Does anyone know of a laminating machine that works well and isn't too expensive?

Where can you get this cutter? I only see one cutter in the catalogue. Also, why is the SU cutter listed in the catalog better than the Fiskars cutter? They seem to be the same concept, etc. ...

I used this last week and thought it was great. I know what you mean about some of the Fiskars punches, but I didn't find that problem with the one from SU.
