A trick to cutting paper is to use a very sharp craft knife or very sharp pair of scissors. When cutting with scissors move the paper and not the scissors to get a smooth cut. Hope this helps.

I agree, I have used both and choose to buy the heavy duty one and am maore than pleased with it...cuts through lots of cardstock like butter!!! I bought mine from Marco's Paper at the EastCoast...

Whever you want to fold put a crease with the stylus and someone told me to use the heat gun on vellum to make it fold easier...I have not tried that yet....

I make my own paper, and I use scraps of colored cardstock to add to my pulp...great fun and it coordinates with SU cardstock, adds texture!
