I've only done stamping on onesies with The SU Craft Ink so I know that works. Have to wash it in Cold water and not warm/hot for it to not fade as quickly. Also, I have found that darker colors...

I know you said you didn't like the guillotine style cutters, but I got the Purple Cow one at Costco and have only used it a few times, but I love it so far compared to my big Fiskars one.
