Where to find 12x12 paper rack

I would like to get a 12x12 paper rack and need something that stacks vertically because I only have one spot to put it. I would prefer a wire rack or cubes. Where can I get these? Need something...

I haven't tried this yet but I read in another thread that you can clean it with stampin mist and afterwards it's stickier. I got my cartidges on sale at Michaels for half price in November.
