I have everything (paper, paint, brads, eyelets, glitter, markers) organized by color also. It's how I design, so it's so much easier for me to find things! I do tend to keep seasonal paper...

I have a cute wicker basket with a liner in one of my storage cubes. I have most of the cards standing upright so I can thumb through, but I also stamped dividers by type so I can find them quickly....
