Another idea with a different look...maybe try eyelets parallel to the seam on either side and run a cute ribbon through them cris-crossing them with and ending with a bow either on top or bottom. ...

Stamping on clothing

I stamped on some onesies for a baby gift and used my SU Fabrico markers (which I don't see in the new catty) to color the stamps. It worked great. One tip I found: simple, non-detailed stamps work...
