Question Stamping with a solid FLAT stamp

I am using Celebrate Today SU set, trying to stamp the BALLOON and it is solid, flat and I can not get the ink to cover..I've tried many colors, they all stamp blotchy..There must be a trick to using...

rotating designs on DSP

Thanks for your reply, I've tried that, it simply doesn't work...When i rotate the paper, it'll change 1/4 way around, then when punch comes back to where I want it, so does the paper...

How do I find this card in the gallery... Go to Gallery, S U, scroll down one line to PUNCHS and there is this adorable '3' owl Happy Birthday to You card I want to case and can not find it...
