I used to put mine in the dishwasher all the time, too.... until the dishwasher went berzerk and warped mine, too. I just use binder clips to keep it in the holder, and passed it off to my daughters...

You don't need to have your receipt. Just call Pampered Chef's customer service line, and tell them when you ordered it and who your hostess was, chances are, they can find your order. I did this...
