Anyone heard of Color Fusion technique?

Apparently this is done with masking, and sponging chalks and inks to create wonderful backgrounds. Does anyone know where I might be able to get some info on this technique?

Size of SU Oval Punches??

I'm looking for an oval punch and I would like to know the sizes of the large oval, small oval and wide oval from stampin up to see which one will work out the best for me? Hope someone can help me...
