I haven't had anything like that happen but I did get a box that looked like it was dragged behind the UPS truck. Lots of stuff damaged and lost....definately not SU's fault but they replaced...

I'm having trouble coming up with "easy" things since they look so *plain* to me. When I see something I like I think "Oh, that's easy" but the card ends up having too many steps for what I think...

I had the same problem with the metallic ink. I even tried embossing to help it stick to the tissue more but it didn't work. If anyone has any other suggestions I'd really appreciate it.
