WPlus9 Unforgettable stamp set

Love this set, just got it. Can someone let me know if the balloon stamp is supposed to be missing the middle? I've looked for an actual image of stamp set on line with no luck.

I've got a Big Kick (basically same machine as a Big Shot) and I can use Sizzix dies, CB dies and embossing folders, Nesties and even Lasting Impressions Brass stencils just fine in it.
