Purse Box Template

Does anyone have a template for the cute purse box on page 71 of the Spring/Summer IBC? Or something similar?

Faux Postage Template - 3 squares instead of 6

Here is the faux postage template that was inspired by reindeermoon. It has 3 squares instead of the normal 6. I made my own template in MS Word.
