If your demo doesn't have a website you can order online and when it asks for your demo you can put their name in so they will get half of their normal commission on the sale.

I would try rubbing Alcohol. It takes sharpie off all kinds of plastics. If that doesn't work I might try Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.

you can still use it. I do this all the time. The versa mark also helps pull ink off stained stamps if your pad gets really dingy looking you can make it a stained stamp cleaner pad and replace it...
