Tracy-Gargle with warm salt water as often as you can. It will help with the post nasal drip. I know it's gross but it works. Nasal saline works even better (neti pot)

It's true that you can cut down the XL plates so you can use the dies in the CB. However, while waiting for my XL plates to come, I figured out how to use the XL dies in the CB without the XL plates....
