I think it needs to be done with a solid image - the outlines don't seem to take it as well. I tried it with Looks Like Spring and it came out beautifully.

I generally use Creamy Caramel, watered down. If you are using the Watercolor Pencils, blend it way down. I find the Blush Blossom is just too light.
