"personalizing" snail or mono

A long time ago, I saw pictures of snail that had been personalized with ribbons (?) to "lable" it, so it wouldn't get lost at stamp camps, or clubs, I have tried searching the gallery with no luck,...

Picasa experts, I need your help.

Well if that title didn't throw you, maybe my explaination will. LOL.
I once saw a planner type of thing, you stamped you stamp sets in it, and could page through and see all the images in a stamp...
