I imagine you have solved your problem by now. If not, most printers have a "scaling" option so you can print a bit bigger. Old fashioned photocopiers often do that too.

Good quality book covering adhesive plastic would also do the same thing if applied carefully. Or if you have a Xyron machine, you can get a cartridge with laminate one side, adhesive on the other.

I can't see the value in the cross-stitch dies. &nbsp; You can buy perforated paper to cross-stitch on, after all. And the shapes are pretty simple and could easily be traced and cut by hand.&nbsp;
