Check out the tutorial in resources under Gamsol. Instead of mineral oil you can use baby oil. Baby oil works really well and has no odor.

I glue on a piece of paper that is a little...

I glue on a piece of paper that is a little oversized, and then I rub the edges with a nail file. It trims the paper and will also distress the edges.
