There's an easy way to convert the Dover vectors...

There's an easy way to convert the Dover vectors to png on a Mac. Double click an eps file icon and it will open in preview. Then just export as png and you can treat it like the rest of your digis.

If you print with it set to no mat and them cut with it set to mat, it will do that.
If that's not it and Michelles suggestions don't work either you should probably call tech support.
