I use pencils and a blender pen. It goes really quickly. It helps if you heat emboss the image first, then you can color it with anything!

For my scraps, anything smaller than a 1/4 sheet, goes in a ziploc bag by color family. You still have to hunt a little but it's usually pretty easy.
