I was simply inquiring why my inks were dry, that's it. I didn't realize that stamps would dry up in 1.5 years of not using them- so I was simply inquiring why this would happen when properly stored....

I have been having problems with my ATG gun. The tape rolls don't like to stay on the wheels, the tape comes off of the rubber wheel thingy where you adhere it to the paper, and the tape line breaks...
