Writing on rubber stamps with Zig Brushable Markers

I just bought some Zig Brushable Markers online because I needed waterproof markers for stamping that weren't alcohol based so that I could write directly on the stamp. But, my stamps are coming out...

Yes, it pops up at the end, and I'm afraid it'll break. So, you wrap the card around the embossing folder with SU paper, and it does fine? Maybe I'm just being paranoid since it's new.

I've double checked the plates, but the top one goes up and looks like it'll break if I continue. Guess the SU paper is too thick. Has anyone had better sucess with it?

Hi. Just got a cuttlebug and don't understand how to emboss just the front of the card. Any suggestions will be appreciated :)
