Scotch ATG 700

I have a subscription to Scrapbook Answers and each month there is a disk with demos on it. Anyways they seem to always use a large tape runner called Scotch ATG 700. Has anyone used this before?

I think for someone that doesn't have a die cut machine yet, the xyron might be the way to go for the money. If I had lots of money invested in dies then one of the brnads that used other companies...
