This might be a dumb question, but I couldn't find demensions on the embossing folders. Exactly how big are they? Is it a full 4.25x5.5 or a tad smaller?

Has anyone every had trouble getting good coverage with the paint. I'm stamping on some wood crates with big deal alpha set and the image comes out all spotty...what am I doing wrong???
