My favorite is a heart stamp that says From the Heart and under it I initial and date it. I also use a variety of tiny stamps to match the theme along with initial and date. I hate it when I forget...

I have used the clear plastic from deli containers also. I put a sheet of tinfoil on my cookie sheet just in case. Also, if you lightly sand the plastic with a very fine grit sandpaper, I am not sure...
