Thank you all for your suggestions. I am so impatient, I was in Michaels today and saw they had Silhouette blades (didn't know they carried them), so I bought one & am going to give it a go.

I've had my Cameo for about a month and I think I've gotten maybe one decent cardstock cut out of it. I have tried every conceivable setting; cleaned the blade, cleaned the mat and still it drags...
