Question Need Help with SU Craft stampin pad

I am using whisper white craft pad on card stock and I don't know how long it take it to dry. Do I have to use a heat embosser on it or does it air dry?

My club is a long distance one and we only have to spend 15 a month and once a year we are the hostess and get the rewards of such. Oh we get two free cattys for belonging.
