Do NOT pull off that layer, it is supposed to be there. That is the cling film. I just trim mine close to the stamps, not sure why Stampendous leaves it untrimmed the way they do, but it should not...

Tip for blending gelatos

I like to blend my gelatos dry at times, with my finger. But often I end up with some spots not blending very well due to waxy build up. It just kind of looks waxy, and I don't like that that look....
