I live 3 miles up a mountain dusty road too and Ive never had a problem with dust or grid marks with the cubes I posted above.So far its the best way ive found.

These are the buildable cubes you can buy at target or walmart. Instead omaking 4 cubes like your supposed to I put together one cute and use the extra panels as shelves ( tied on with tiny zip ties)...

Ok i got the nesties and have tried them. you dont need any rubber or foam mats. just use the multi purpose platform and your two acrylic plates and it works great !

if you want to water color use the bic marks it pens and a blender pen or aqua painter. You get the same effects as using copics and it only cost 7.00 for 24 markers.

I used to use my toaster too. Just hold it above and not to close or it will "toast" your paper. Also the dryer sheets do work better used !
