I find when using glossy tiles that stamping on tissue paper, then modpodging that to the coaster followed by Krylon sealer works best for me.

in re:using die cuts and matching embossing folder, I wet my finger, touch it to the back of the die cut shape, and the paper stays put in the embossing folder. This avoids the need to use adhesive.
