I also like the Kokuyo adhesive. I use the Dot n' roller and buy refills through scrapbook.com I also just started finding them at my LSS. I love my xyron also and have zip dry and my zip pens.

I use CD cases as it's easy for me and I had a whole BUNCH I was about to throw out.. I don't used colored ones, i actually use a labeler and just add a label to the side of it.
