Bubbles

Punch various circles out of a scrap piece of cardstock. Use the negative portion as a guide to pounce blue ink. I would use sponge daubers to pounce the color on to the page. That sounds like it...

If you have a Hobby Lobby, they sell them there w/ holes already cut in them. They are called glass craft blocks. My DH tried to drill holes in the ones from the hardware stores and it eventually...

I also questioned that. I think the swirly thing is the pinecone. The picture in the mini show it hanging. The rest I am still trying to figure out.

I have heard of people using a fine grit sandpaper to sand off the stained park. Then they dab a bit of clear nailpolish on it. I need to do that with my letters set that I used over the weekend. ...
