It's called Tags, Etc. and the wood mounted was $19.95.

You are missing one stamp - it said To: on the top line and From: on the bottom line.

I started with SU in 1995!!

The stamps you described are from Floral Greetings and there are 8 stamps in that set. It was retired in 2000.

I have all the PWA colors (and all three sizes of clear) and a few more colors PWA doesn't carry!!
