love my dahle 440

My husband just bought a dahle 440 for me for my birthday. I, like many others have a trimmer graveyard. Trimmers make or break your project. I hate kitty wompas cuts. grrrr.

My SU craft white ink pad is waaayyyy too wet. I can't get a good image out of it. All my other "white" ink pads seem so dry and this one literally drips. Do just scrape off the excess? Let it sit...
