header and background are still missing

Hi. Maybe this was overlooked in the other thread so just in case, I'll give it it's own. lol.
My header and background are still missing. Anyway to fix it? I am getting e-mails saying people can't access my blog but I think it's because they see a big white space where the header should be and they don't know to scroll down.
I see now that Jeanne's blog is the same but another is fine. Maybe it's just the theme we have having trouble?

OK, so I dug a little and realized that the background and header disappeared from the files. I uploaded them again and it seems to look fine now.
