Default July Scrapbook Technique Challenge TECH20JUL

It is July! Eight days into it! Where is the Summer going? Welcome to the Scrapbook Technique Challenge! I have always like stitching on cards and scrapbook layouts. My challenge this month is to use stitching or faux stitching on your layouts.

I actually have a layout done for you! It took some doing to get my sewing machine all threaded! LOL

Please remember the keyword: TECH20JUL

Here is our gallery: July Scrapbook Technique Gallery

Come back here and link your page so we can go and see it and ooh and aah.
Can't wait to see what you come up with.
Thanks for playing.

Oh Sharon, love your story about the threading adventure! I still thread the old fashioned way too. The thingies never really make it easy. Your challenge is a great reminder to add this technique. I rarely apply any and I have so many options, too! I have stamps that look like stitches, a stencil, and of course my sewing machine which I keep up and available. No excuses for me.

Great challenge, Sharon! I will add it to my list of things to add to a layout this week.

Joyce Ann, I love those stitched butterflies. What a great idea for the use of stitching on your layout!

Here's my layout. I used stamped stitches all over my layout. Thanks for the inspiration!
